Autism Adult Diagnostic Assessment (EDC)

Terms and Conditions - Endee Diagnostic Centre

1. Payment Terms

All diagnostic assessments must be paid either in full at the time of booking or through one of our approved instalment plans. Full pricing and payment options are listed on our website: www.endeeclinic.com .

The first instalment of any payment plan, or the equivalent value of a full single payment, is treated as a non-refundable deposit. This deposit secures clinician time for initial administration, scoring of assessments, and appointment scheduling.

If you choose a payment plan, appointments will not be set or reports released until your balance is cleared in full. During the instalment period, questionnaires will still be issued, completed, and scored to prepare for your assessment.

2. Assessment Fees & Instalment Options

Child Assessments (under 18 at time of booking):

  • ADHD Diagnostic Assessment – £1,295 (3 monthly payments of £431)

  • Autism Diagnostic Assessment – £1,695 (3 monthly payments of £565)

  • Combined Autism & ADHD Assessment – £2,250 (4 monthly payments of £567.50)

Once booking is confirmed, our team will contact you to arrange your initial consultation and explain the process.

3. Report Release

Final diagnostic reports will only be issued once all instalments have been paid in full.

4. Aftercare

Each report includes tailored aftercare recommendations. Additional therapeutic support, interventions, or referrals may be suggested, but these services are not included in the assessment fee.

5. ADHD Medication Disclaimer

Acceptance of private ADHD diagnoses for NHS prescribing varies by GP and local Trust. We cannot guarantee medication will be prescribed following assessment. If medication is required, we can provide referral to a private psychiatric partner clinic (additional fees apply).

6. What Is Included

  • Screening questionnaires

  • Clinical diagnostic interview

  • Developmental history / DIVA (for ADHD)

  • ADOS-2 observation (for Child Autism)

  • Review by our multi-disciplinary team

  • Comprehensive written diagnostic report

  • Post-diagnostic review meeting (for Child Autism and Combined assessments)

7. Additional Appointments & Second Opinions

Additional clinical time, second opinions, or extended feedback sessions are charged at £300 per hour.

8. Missed Appointments

Failure to attend a booked appointment without at least 48 hours’ notice will incur a missed appointment fee of £199. This must be paid before rescheduling further appointments.

9. Paused or Discontinued Assessments

If you are unable to complete an assessment, we can hold your case open for up to six (6) months. After this period, your file will be closed and rebooking at the current rate will be required.
If a child assessment is started and the client turns 18 before completion, the process must be restarted at the adult rate.

10. Assessment Format

  • Adult assessments are delivered remotely unless agreed otherwise.

  • Child assessments must be completed in person (exceptions may be discussed in advance).

  • We operate multiple in-person locations across the UK and Ireland. For video consultations, clients must ensure a private, distraction-free environment and a reliable internet connection.

11. Age Definitions

  • Child: under 18 at booking.

  • Adult: 18 or older at booking.

  • Assessments available from age 3 upwards.

12. Informant Contributions

Informant questionnaires are required as part of the process. These may be completed by parents, schools, partners, or healthcare professionals depending on age and context.

13. Zero Tolerance Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance stance on abuse, aggression, or threatening behaviour towards staff. Breaches may result in cancellation of the assessment without refund.

14. Turnaround Times

We aim to provide full reports within 14–16 weeks of the first appointment. This is a guideline only. While we will always do our utmost to minimise delays, unforeseen circumstances such as staff illness, sudden emergencies, system or building maintenance, and other factors beyond our control may affect timelines.

15. Clinical Triage & Suitability

We reserve the right to decline an assessment if it is clinically inappropriate or unsafe to proceed. In such cases, a full refund will be provided (minus any non-refundable deposit already used to secure clinician time).

16. Professional Standards & Client Expectations

All assessments are carried out with the utmost professionalism and skill by qualified clinicians. Our commitment is to support you throughout the process and ensure you feel safe and heard.

It is important to understand that not everyone who undergoes assessment at Endee will receive a diagnosis. Respect for the clinical outcome is expected regardless of the result.

We also expect clients to engage fully with the process by completing paperwork, attending scheduled appointments promptly, and maintaining communication. Failure to engage (“ghosting”) disrupts the process and may result in cancellation without refund.

17. Public Sector Recognition

Our assessments are designed in line with NICE, HSE, and CORU guidelines and delivered by accredited clinicians.

However, different NHS and HSE services apply different entry criteria. Some may require additional medical reviews, school observations, or specialist input outside of what Endee provides.

We strongly encourage clients to speak with their GP, primary healthcare provider, or a member of the Endee team prior to booking if NHS/HSE recognition is a key concern.

If you return to NHS/HSE services after a private assessment, please be aware:

  • Their services are subject to further waiting lists.

  • They may decline referrals even where a private diagnosis has been given.

  • Such decisions reflect their internal criteria, not the clinical validity of your Endee report.

18. Refunds & Liability

  • The first instalment (or equivalent) is a non-refundable deposit.

  • Fees are non-refundable if NHS/HSE services decline to recognise or act upon a report.

  • By proceeding with booking, you accept that Endee Diagnostic Centre cannot influence NHS/HSE entry criteria or waiting list policies.

19. Data Protection

All client data is stored and processed in compliance with UK GDPR and relevant data protection laws. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the wider UK. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Northern Irish courts.

21. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g. illness, IT failures, government restrictions).

Together, Neurodiversity Training International (NTI) and Autism Services Group (ASG) bring you The Endee Diagnostic Centre.

  • NTI acts as the client liaison, handling enquiries, bookings, payments, and administration on behalf of the Centre.

  • ASG provides all clinical services, including diagnostic assessments and clinical oversight.

By booking an assessment, you acknowledge and agree that clinical responsibility rests solely with ASG and its clinicians, while NTI’s role is limited to liaison, administration, and client support.
