3. Report Release Policy

Final diagnostic reports will only be issued once all instalments have been paid in full.

4. Aftercare Guidance

Each diagnostic report includes tailored aftercare recommendations. These may include therapeutic support, neurodivergent-specific interventions, or referrals for private psychiatric care. These services are not included in the diagnostic assessment fee, but our team is available to provide ongoing guidance.

5. ADHD Medication Disclaimer

Please note that acceptance of private ADHD diagnoses for NHS prescribing varies by GP. If you are considering medication as part of your post-diagnostic treatment, it is advisable to speak to your GP in advance.

Medication should only be considered and discussed after a formal diagnosis has been given and where medication is specifically recommended by the assessing clinician. It is not a guaranteed or automatic outcome of assessment.

For those requiring post-diagnostic medication support, we can refer to a private psychiatric partner clinic. This is a separate service and will incur additional fees.

6. What’s Included in Your Assessment

Each diagnostic process includes:

  • Screening questionnaires

  • A clinical diagnostic interview

  • QbTest (for ADHD assessments)

  • Observational assessment (for Child Autism assessments)

  • Review by our multi-disciplinary clinical team

  • A comprehensive written diagnostic report

  • A post-diagnostic review meeting (included with Child Autism and Combined assessments)

7. Additional Services and Second Opinions

Additional appointments or second opinions requested by the client are charged at £300 per hour.

8. Missed Appointments / No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled clinical appointment without at least 48 hours’ notice will result in a missed appointment fee of £100, which must be paid before any further appointments can be scheduled.

9. Paused or Discontinued Assessments

If you are unable to continue with your or your child’s assessment after the process has started, we can keep your file open for up to six (6) months. During this period, the fee originally agreed upon will be honoured.

If the assessment is not resumed within six months, the case will be closed, and you will be required to begin the process again at the current rate. This is due to the potential expiry of clinical data such as questionnaires and developmental history.

If a child assessment is started and the client turns 18 before the assessment is completed, the process must be restarted as an adult assessment at the adult rate.

10. Assessment Format

All assessments are delivered remotely via secure video conferencing software. All adult diagnostics, unless specifically needed otherwise, are done remotely. Children must be seen in person, although there can be exceptions in some cases which you can discuss with us prior to booking.

We have multiple locations throughout the UK and Republic of Ireland for in-person assessments. For video calls, clients must prepare well by being at home with a stable internet connection and free from distraction.

11. Age Eligibility and Definitions

  • A child is defined as anyone under the age of 18 at the time of booking.

  • An adult is defined as anyone aged 18 or older at the time of booking.

Assessments are available for individuals aged 3 and above.

12. Informant Contributions

Completion of informant questionnaires is required as part of the assessment process. Informants may include parents, schools, partners, or healthcare professionals, depending on the age and circumstances of the client.

13. Zero Tolerance Policy

We operate a zero-tolerance policy for any form of abuse, aggression, or threatening behaviour toward our clinical or administrative staff. We reserve the right to cancel assessments without refund if this policy is breached.

14. Turnaround Times

We are committed to delivering high-quality assessments efficiently. Turnaround times depend on timely submission of forms and questionnaires by clients and their informants. Delays in submission may result in extended processing times.

15. Clinical Triage and Suitability

All clients are triaged before proceeding with assessment. We reserve the right to decline an assessment if it is deemed clinically inappropriate or unsafe to proceed. In such cases, a full refund will be provided if the booking was made directly through Endee.

Non-Engagement and No-Show Policy

We understand that undergoing an assessment for autism and/or ADHD can feel overwhelming, and we are here to support you throughout the process. Our team offers reassurance and assistance with paperwork or questions at no extra cost, within reasonable limits.

However, by proceeding with payment, you are committing to engage in the assessment process in a timely manner. This includes completing required paperwork, responding to communications, and attending scheduled appointments.

Please note that:

  • Failure to engage in the process (e.g., not completing paperwork, not responding to follow-up attempts, or prolonged non-communication) constitutes non-engagement.

  • Missed appointments or failure to attend without notice (no-shows) are also considered non-engagement.

  • In cases of non-engagement or no-show, fees are non-refundable, as time, resources, and clinician availability have been reserved specifically for your assessment.

We are always happy to work with you if you’re struggling to proceed—please let us know early if you’re having difficulties so we can support you appropriately.
